Know exactly how often AI mentions you.
Three times a week, we ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude your prompts. Per AI model, per prompt and per day, you see whether you're mentioned and how that shifts—summed up in your GeoReady score.
Your customers ask AI first. Do you know what it tells them?
More and more people don't start with Google anymore. They ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Claude: “Which HVAC company in Northern Virginia is good with heat pumps?” The answer isn't ten blue links. It's a handful of names with a short reason for each. If you're not on that list, you don't exist for that customer.
The catch: you can't see that answer. There's no Search Console for AI. Asking once yourself tells you very little, because the same AI model gives a different answer tomorrow, and ChatGPT may mention you while Gemini skips you. A hunch isn't a measurement.
GeoReady asks your questions to all four AI models, repeatedly and under fixed conditions, and counts how often you're mentioned, in what position and in what tone. AI visibility becomes a number you can track, compare and improve—just like your Google rankings.
“AI visibility isn't a yes or no. It's a probability—and you can measure and grow it.
Same question, four AI models, fixed conditions
We send every prompt you track to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude through their official APIs. Each question starts in a clean session with no chat history, in your project's country and language. You see what a new customer sees, not what an AI model remembers about past conversations.
By default, we track three times a week—Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Daily tracking is available too. One prompt on one AI model on one day is a data point. With 40 prompts and four AI models, that's 160 answers per tracking day and well over 2,000 a month.
Don't want to wait, say right after you update a page? Hit Run now to start a measurement yourself: twice during the free trial, and 4, 8 or 12 times a month depending on your plan. Manual runs don't count against your data points.

Four numbers that tell the whole story
Visibility is the share of answers that mention your business at least once. Share of voice is how many of all mentions across your tracked businesses go to you. Position is where you show up on average—1 means first. Sentiment is the tone of those mentions, on a 0–100 scale where 50 is neutral.
Visibility, share of voice and position only count non-branded prompts: questions that don't include your name. If someone asks “Is Northfield Heating & Air reliable?”, of course you get mentioned. That says nothing about whether you get found. Sentiment counts every mention, because you want to come across well even when someone asks about you by name.
Every metric gets a level label—low, average, high—so you know where you stand without doing the math. Share of voice is judged against a fair share: with four tracked businesses, 25% is average.

One number to steer by, with four clear bands
The GeoReady score rolls the four core metrics into one number from 0 to 100: 50% visibility, 20% share of voice, 15% position and 15% sentiment. Visibility carries the most weight, because getting mentioned comes before everything else.
Your score falls into one of four bands. Below 25, you're invisible: AI models rarely mention you. From 25 to 50, you're present—you show up, just not consistently. From 50 to 75, you're leading. At 75 and up, you're dominant: AI mentions you consistently, and often first.
One number makes progress easy to discuss with leadership or a client. But it's still a summary. When the score drops, the four metrics underneath show right away whether it's visibility, position or tone.

ChatGPT isn't Gemini. See where you win and where you don't
Every AI model draws on different sources and weighs them differently. One searches the web more often, another cites different sites or leans more on what it already knows. So you can be strong on one model and nearly absent on another.
That's why GeoReady shows every metric per AI model, and the overview puts you next to your strongest competitor on each one. Falling behind on Gemini? Now you know where to look: which sources does Gemini cite in your market, and are you on them?
The model list itself is a setting. You track ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude; the free trial includes three. We add new AI models once they can be tracked reliably.

From snapshots to trends—with the explanation attached
AI answers fluctuate. One tracking day with lower visibility is noise. A two-week decline is a signal. The overview charts your daily visibility next to your competitors', so you see a shift coming and can tell whether it's just you or the whole market.
Below the chart are your biggest gainers and biggest drops among your prompts. You see not just that your score moved, but on which questions. If “best heat pump installer Fairfax” drops, open that prompt and read which competitor took your spot.
The overview only hands out wins your numbers actually back up: high visibility, a top position, positive sentiment, an AI model you've won. No compliment without a threshold.

How AI Visibility Tracking works.
Northfield Heating & Air: from present to leading
Northfield Heating & Air installs heat pumps across Northern Virginia and tracks 40 prompts on four AI models. After the first month, its GeoReady score is 34: present, but not much more.
- 1The picture
Visibility is 31%, but it varies a lot by AI model. ChatGPT mentions Northfield in 44% of answers, Gemini in just 12%. Summit Climate Co. sits at 47% on Gemini.
- 2The cause
The biggest drops are prompts about rebates and payback time. The chats show Gemini citing a comparison site and a local news site that list Summit Climate Co.—and not Northfield.
- 3The fix
Northfield takes on two actions: getting listed on that comparison site and publishing a page that answers the rebate question directly. After publishing, the team hits Run now once to lock in a baseline.
- 4The result
Six weeks later, Gemini visibility is up to 29% and overall visibility to 43%. The GeoReady score goes from 34 to 52: leading.
Every number traces back to the exact prompts.
Questions about AI Visibility Tracking.
Another question? Email info@geoready.nl.Why does my visibility change from day to day?+
AI answers vary every time. That's why we track repeatedly and show a win rate, not a yes or no. Look at 30 days.
Do prompts with my name count?+
They're tracked, but they don't count toward your average win rate. A prompt with your name in it will mention you anyway.
