Every number has proof. Read the answer yourself.
Every AI answer is saved word for word, with the businesses it mentions, their order, the sources it cites and the sentiment per mention. You see exactly why you were or weren't mentioned.
It depends on your home and budget. These installers are often well reviewed in 2026:
A number without proof is just an opinion
“Your visibility is 31%” is a useful number, but it raises questions right away. In which answers? Who got mentioned instead of you? And why? Without the answer itself, you can't act on any of that.
That's why GeoReady saves every AI answer word for word. Every visibility figure, every share of voice and every sentiment score in the dashboard traces back to real answers you can open and read. It's the evidence layer under every number.
The answer also tells you what to do. You see which competitor gets named first, with which arguments, and which sources the AI model relies on. That's exactly what you need to win your spot back.
“Every number in GeoReady traces back to an answer you can read yourself.

On every measurement, we save the full answer per prompt, per AI model and per run. Each answer shows the date, the run number, whether it came from a manual run and which model version answered. You always know the conditions an answer was produced under.
Because we track through the API in a clean session, in your project's country and language, answers are comparable. You don't see what an AI model tells someone with a long chat history. You see what a first-time asker gets.
Business names are highlighted in the answer: yours in one color, competitors in another. Even in a long answer, you see where you stand at a glance.
It depends on your home and budget. These installers are often well reviewed in 2026:
- Open any answer in full, with its prompt, AI model, date and run number
- See your name and your competitors' highlighted in the text
- See whether an answer came from a scheduled measurement or from Run now
- Check which model version produced the answer
Who, in what order, in what tone, citing what
Every answer gets broken down. We recognize the businesses mentioned by name, aliases and domains, and record the order: whoever is named first is position 1. For every mention, we keep the exact sentence as proof.
For every mention, a language model with a fixed rubric labels the sentiment—positive, neutral or negative—and the theme, like price, service or wait time. Every classification comes with a confidence score, so borderline calls show up as borderline.
Next to the mentions, you see the cited sources grouped by domain and the web searches the AI model ran. Together, those three almost always explain why you were or weren't mentioned.
A few installers stand out: Summit Climate Co. for large projects, Northfield Heating & Air from Manassas for “clean workmanship and an honest quote” [reddit.com] [northfieldheatingair.com], and Redwood Home Services for hybrid systems. If you want a tax credit, check the federal 25C requirements…

Find the few answers that matter among thousands
A few weeks in, you'll have thousands of answers. So you can search them by business, AI model, prompt type and text. Filter by business with AND or OR: every answer that mentions you and Summit Climate Co., or every answer that mentions either one.
Two filters are especially useful. “No business mentioned” shows answers where AI names no business at all—open territory nobody owns yet. “With web search” shows only answers where the AI model searched the web first, so you can see which queries led there.
From any prompt in the prompts table, you land directly on every answer to that question. A dropping win rate is two clicks away from the answer that explains it.
- Filter by business with AND/OR, by AI model and by period
- Filter by prompt type (branded or non-branded) and search answer text
- Show only answers with no business mentioned, or only answers that used web search
- Filter to one prompt from the prompts table or prompt detail
- Export the answers for the selected period as a CSV
From a missed mention to a concrete cause
Read an answer that leaves you out and you'll almost always spot a pattern. The AI model cites a comparison site you're not on. It names a competitor for a strength you have too but never publish. Or it searched for a term your site doesn't answer.
Those patterns become actions. A missing source becomes an outreach action; a missing answer on your site becomes a content action. Every action links back to the answers it came from, so you can always see why you're doing it.
Answers that do mention you are worth reading too. What position are you in, how are you described, and is that description right? Outdated or wrong claims show up here first.
- Compare answers that do and don't mention you for the same prompt
- Click through from a cited source to every answer that used it
- Read the exact sentence describing your business in each mention
- Jump to the prompt to see its win rate over time
Tracking you can audit
Software that analyzes AI answers uses language models too. That's only responsible if you can check the result. So GeoReady shows the confidence score and source sentence for every classification, and you can correct a sentiment call that's wrong. Corrections count right away.
Sources work the same way. If a domain is classified wrong, change its type on the sources page. Your numbers stay in line with what you know about your market.
Answers stay available within your plan's history, and you can export them for your own analysis or records.
- See a confidence score between 0 and 1 for every mention
- Correct a sentiment classification; it counts toward your numbers right away
- Reclassify a source when its type is wrong
- Export chats for your own records or analysis
How Answer Analysis works.
Northfield Heating & Air finds out why it's losing one question
On the prompt “Which HVAC company in Northern Virginia is good with heat pumps?”, Northfield Heating & Air's win rate drops from 50% to 25% in three weeks.
- 1Filter
In chats, Northfield filters to that prompt and to Summit Climate Co. In 9 of 12 answers, Summit Climate Co. is in position 1.
- 2Read
The answers describe Summit Climate Co. as “heat pump specialists with their own service team” and cite a recent article on a local news site.
- 3Compare
In the answers that do mention Northfield, the AI model cites a review-based comparison site. Northfield isn't in the news article at all.
- 4Act
Northfield puts its in-house service team front and center on its site and pitches the news site a customer case study. Four weeks later, the win rate is back to 46%.
