Alerts where your team already works.
Alerts for a drop, a competitor catching up, negative sentiment or a new source, by email, Slack or Teams. Looker Studio and Google Sheets read your numbers through the API. Zapier and an MCP server are coming.
The best tracking is the tracking your team actually sees.
Nobody opens one more dashboard every day. When a competitor overtakes you or sentiment turns, you want to know where you already work: your inbox, Slack or Teams. And if your reporting lives in Looker Studio or Google Sheets, your AI numbers belong there too.
So GeoReady evaluates your alerts after every measurement and bundles them into one message per tracking day, using thresholds you set. Through the API and webhooks, your own tools pull the numbers or get notified the moment something happens.
AI visibility becomes part of your normal workflow, not something someone has to remember to check.
“GeoReady comes to you, not the other way around.
Alerts that mean something
You pick what you want to hear about: your visibility drops more than a set number of points over a set number of days, a competitor overtakes you, a new competitor shows up in more than a set number of prompts, a prompt loses all its mentions, sentiment falls below a threshold, an important source stops citing you, or your plan is almost used up. Where it makes sense, you can set a rule for one AI model or for all of them.
One system alert is always on: when a selected AI model returns no answers at all on a tracking day. That way you know a gap in your numbers comes from the tracking, not your business.
Alerts are evaluated after every measurement, one event per rule per day, and bundled into a single message. No stream of separate pings, just one summary at the time you choose.
- Create an alert from eight types and set the threshold and number of days.
- Limit an alert to one AI model or apply it to all of them.
- Choose channels per alert: email, Slack, Teams or webhook.
- Set the time of the daily bundle and its recipients.
- See recent alerts and when each one last fired.
Alerts and weekly reports in your own channel
You connect Slack and Microsoft Teams with an incoming webhook. In Slack: Apps, Incoming Webhooks, pick a channel, copy the URL. In Teams: through the channel's connectors. The app walks you through the steps when you connect.
Once connected, GeoReady sends a test message right away, so you know it works. You give the connection a channel name for the app, and you can test, disconnect or replace it later.
Slack and Teams are included in Growth and above.
- Connect Slack or Teams with an incoming webhook URL.
- Get a test message right after connecting.
- Test or disconnect a channel at any time.
- Choose per alert whether it goes to Slack, Teams or both.
Your numbers in your own tools
With an API key, you can pull your metrics, prompts and chats as JSON or CSV. Keys belong to your organization and come with scopes: read metrics, read prompts, read chats, write prompts or start a measurement. Every connection gets exactly the access it needs.
You see a new key once. After that, only its first and last characters are shown. For each key you see when it was last used, and you can rotate or revoke it. When you rotate, the old key stops working immediately.
The API is rate-limited to 300 requests per minute. The Looker connector is included in Scale; the full API in Enterprise.
- Create an API key with the scopes you need.
- Copy the key once, when you create it.
- See when each key was last used.
- Rotate or revoke a key. Connections using it stop right away.
- Read the API docs with examples for metrics, prompts and chats.
AI visibility next to your other marketing numbers
For Looker Studio, create an API key with the read:metrics scope and use the CSV URL as a data source, through a CSV-from-URL connector or via Google Sheets. Your daily numbers per AI model then sit next to your paid search, SEO and website data in the same dashboard.
In Google Sheets, drop the CSV URL into a cell with IMPORTDATA. The sheet refreshes your numbers without anyone running an export, and you can build your own calculations and charts on top.
Need everything at once? Download an export directly: metrics for 90 days, chats for 30 days, all your prompts, or everything together as JSON.
- Copy a ready-made CSV URL for Looker Studio or Sheets.
- Use IMPORTDATA in Google Sheets for numbers that refresh on their own.
- Download metrics, chats and prompts as CSV.
- Download everything at once as JSON.
A ping to your own system the moment something happens
Webhooks send a message to a URL you choose, on four events: a measurement finishes, an alert fires, a new competitor is detected, or an action is marked done. Use them to build your own automations, like creating a task in your project tool or refreshing a dashboard.
Every message is signed with an HMAC-SHA256 signature in the header, so your system can verify it really came from GeoReady. If delivery fails, we retry up to three times, and you can see the last status and any error in the app.
Ready-made Zapier and Make integrations, an MCP server and Google Search Console are coming later. You can sign up in the app to be notified.
- Add a webhook and choose its events.
- See the last status, timestamp and any error per webhook.
- Verify messages with the signature in x-geoready-signature.
- Sign up to hear when Zapier, MCP and Search Console are ready.
How Integrations & Alerts works.
How Northfield Heating & Air stopped finding out too late
Northfield Heating & Air's team works in Slack and reports monthly in Looker Studio. GeoReady had to fit right in.
- 1Connect Slack
The marketing lead created an incoming webhook for the #marketing channel and pasted the URL into GeoReady. The test message showed up within seconds.
- 2Set up alerts
Three rules: visibility drops more than 5 points in 7 days, a competitor overtakes us, and sentiment below 60 on Gemini. The bundle went to Slack every day at 8:30 a.m.
- 3Respond in time
One Wednesday, Slack flagged that Redwood Home Services had overtaken Northfield on ChatGPT. The chats showed Redwood had just been listed on heatpumpcompass.com. Northfield picked up the source action that same week.
- 4One monthly report
An API key with read:metrics only fed the Looker Studio report. AI visibility now sits next to Google Ads and website traffic in the same monthly dashboard.
Every number traces back to the exact prompts.
Questions about Integrations & Alerts.
Another question? Email info@geoready.nl.Is there an API?+
Yes, with Bearer keys per organization and scopes. Looker Studio and Sheets read from it; the full API is included in Enterprise.
Won't I get too many alerts?+
Alerts are bundled into one message per tracking day, and you set the thresholds.
