What is a prompt?+

A question you track, like “best heat pump installer in Northern Virginia”. The same question in two countries counts as two prompts. You can swap prompts every month.

What is an AI answer?+

One prompt × one AI model × one tracking day. With 50 prompts, 3 AI models and 13 tracking days per month, that's 1,950 answers. Manual measurements (“Run now”) count too.

Which plan fits me?+

One business with one service area: Pro. Multiple services or topics, or a marketing team that wants to steer: Growth. Multiple locations, businesses or countries: Scale. Groups and custom setups: Enterprise.

Can I switch plans later?+

Yes, every month. An upgrade takes effect right away and is prorated. A downgrade takes effect at the next billing period.

Which payment methods?+

iDEAL, SEPA Direct Debit and credit card, via Stripe. Paying yearly saves 10 percent. You get invoices with VAT automatically.

What happens if I cancel?+

Your plan runs until the end of the period. Then tracking pauses and your data stays available read-only for 30 days. You can export everything.

I'm an agency. What do I pay?+

Nothing for the portal. You pay the same plans as above per client, invoiced to your agency, plus separate pitch packages. See For agencies.
