Tracking and metrics

Measure your AI visibility like revenue: repeated, comparable and with proof.

GeoReady asks your customers’ questions to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude three times a week, stores every answer and turns it into six core metrics: for you, for every competitor, per AI model and over months.

How a run works

From question to metric in four steps.

1QuestionsYour prompts: the questions customers ask, with and without your name, in your country and language.
2RunsEvery prompt goes to every chosen AI model through its official API, in a clean session. One prompt × one AI model × one day is one data point.
3AnalysisPer answer: which businesses, in what order, which sources, which claims and what tone. With the exact sentence as proof.
4MetricsPer day, per AI model and per prompt we calculate six core metrics, for you and every competitor. Every night.
What we measure

Six numbers that show where you stand. And why.

Every prompt goes to every AI model three times a week. From those answers we calculate six core metrics per AI model, per prompt and per day, for you and for every competitor.

Competitor comparison

See who wins on each AI model. And where you can take ground.

Your competitors are measured with the same prompts, on the same days and the same AI models as you. The performance matrix shows at a glance where you win and where you lose; new names AI mentions are picked up automatically.

  • Share of voice over time, per AI model and per topic.
  • The gaps: prompts where a competitor is named and you’re not.
  • Which sources they have that you’re missing. That becomes your action.

The value of tracking over time

One check is a snapshot. Six months of tracking is a map.

AI answers vary by day, by AI model and after every model update. Only over weeks and months can you tell trend from noise, see which action worked, and spot when a competitor overtakes you.

Fictional example data
Trend instead of noiseOne answer can be luck. A win rate over weeks of repeated runs can’t. You steer by direction, not by an outlier.
Proof per actionBecause we measure before and after, you see what every finished action delivered. So you know what to do more of, and what to stop.
Model updates and competitorsA new AI model or a competitor publishing a guide shifts the answers. With history you see when and why, and respond in time.
Captured per answer

Every number traces back to an answer.

Claims and toneEvery claim about a business with topic, sentiment and confidence.
Sources and citationsEvery URL the AI model cites, classified: review site, directory, media, forum, competitor or your own site.
AI search queriesThe search terms an AI model used itself to find its answer.
Effect of actionsBefore and after every finished action, on exactly the prompts it targets.
Questions

Questions about tracking and metrics.

What is a data point?+

One prompt × one AI model × one tracking day. Forty prompts on three AI models, three times a week, is about 1,560 data points a month. Every data point is a stored answer you can read.

Why do you track three times a week instead of once?+

AI answers vary from run to run. Repeated runs turn a single yes or no into a win rate you can trust. Daily tracking is available as an option on every plan.

Why don’t branded prompts count toward visibility?+

If a prompt contains your name, being mentioned is a given. Visibility, share of voice and position are calculated over non-branded prompts, so your numbers reflect real competition. Sentiment counts every mention.

Are these the same answers I see in the ChatGPT app?+

We query each AI model through its official API in a clean session, in your project’s country and language, without history or personalization. That keeps runs comparable over time and between businesses.

How is the GeoReady score calculated?+

50% visibility, 20% share of voice, 15% position score and 15% sentiment, on a 0–100 scale with four bands: invisible, present, leading and dominant.

How long is my history kept?+

As long as you’re a customer, within your plan’s history window. You can export everything as CSV or via the API.

Can I correct a classification?+

Yes. In every chat you can correct a mention or a sentiment. It counts in your numbers right away.

How do you measure the effect of an action?+

When you mark an action as done, we compare your visibility on the related prompts in the 30 days after with the 30 days before. You see the result in prompts and points.
